Introducing Insights 1.1

With FastFinder Insights, you’ll be able to see your laboratory data in all new ways. Get an overview of high-level metrics, see cross-instrument QC and follow-up on lab productivity.

This update includes a new credit counter dashboard (only applicable if your contract supports credit-based invoicing).

Insights 1.1 (October 13, 2023)

General overview

The general overview provides your team with an overview of laboratory numbers. It allows you to see the numbers of results produced across your laboratory. Using its filters, you can zoom in on month-to-month overall laboratory productivity.

Sample result overview

This dashboard enables insights into laboratory result prevalence rates. It distinguishes detected from not detected results, as well as split up the invalid and inconclusive results.

Target Cq overview

The Target Cq dashboard gives your team insights into cross-sample, cross-control Cq levels, across runs and instruments. The dashboard has an averaged out cross-targets view as well as a daily average across all samples/controls.

Instrument performance overview

This dashboard visualizes Cq values in a boxplot view, cross instrument type or instance. This enables you to gain insights on instrument performance across several different machines.

User overview

This dashboard gives your team insights into personal productivity. It visualizes who is authorizing results and how your FastFinder automation is performing.

Workflow overview

The Workflow overview visualizes your laboratory instrumentation errors across different instruments, across the different types of processes (ie. Sample preparation or Extraction).

Credit counter

The credit counter checks the amount of credits your lab has consumed. The number of credits consumed depends on the number of targets analyzed per assay & per sample.
