FastFinder 4.x is a cloud-based software that's readily accessible via a dedicated URL. It is not necessary to install any software package on your PC.

Once your account has been created by UgenTec or the admin from your laboratory, you will receive an account confirmation email from noreply@ugentec.com

Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email in your inbox.

Setup a password and confirm the Terms of Use and the Data Protection Agreement, by clicking the 'click here' button in the email.

Your password must have

• Minimum 8 characters
• One lowercase letter
• One uppercase letter
• One digit letter

You will be redirected to the FastFinder module for which access was granted (the link is also listed in the confirmation email). Don't forget to save this weblink as your favourite (labxyz.fastfinder.app)

One or more users can be assigned an Admin role, which will allow them to add new users.
