All (partial) authorized analyses are captured in the Archive - Analysis results.
By default, only the first 500 analyses will be displayed in the overview. Use the 'items per page' and 'previous/next page' buttons at the bottom of the table to scroll through all (filtered) authorized analyses, or for a more targeted search, the filters can be utilised.
Possible filters are:
- Analysis name
- Search field on the name of the runfile
- Authorized at
- Range selections of the authorization date
- Authorized by
- Authorization user. Automation in case of automatic authorization.
- Created at
- Range selection of creation date
- Creation user
- User who uploaded the runfile. Importorchestrator in case of automatic uploads.
From this page, you can re-open the analysis details, i.e. Summary and Details information, from all (partial) authorized analyses by clicking on the desired line. Also comments added to a well during the workflow steps (including Analysis) are visible here.
Clicking on the assay name in the Summary will open a flyover screen containing information about the Assay, e.g. used reference curves, standard curves, colour compensation and a link to the IFU, if available.
In the general overview, clicking on the download hyperlink at the end of the line, the available export file(s) can be downloaded (see first screenshot).
Within an authorized analysis, the CSV and PDF export files are available for download via the 'Actions' button in the top right corner. Note, a PDF export is not automatically generated upon authorization (unless specifically configured) and thus needs to be compiled first before it becomes available for download. You can download your available export file(s).
