In the Details tab, a complete overview of the results for the individual targets is provided. Therefore, a single well can have multiple results, i.e. one row per target. For each target, the result state is shown and if detected, a Cq value and/or concentration, relative quantification is displayed. If there are one or more notifications present on target level, they will also be visible here. In case your plugin allows it, users can modify the result state and adjust the Cq setting, as well as acknowledge an error notification (if present).
Similar as before, a sample can be marked for retest on target level. Marking a single target for retest will result in all associated targets (from that sample) to be marked for retest. Thus, it is not possible to mark a single target for retest.
Using the ‘Filters’ button, users can easily filter and visualize a single result or subset of the results. For each of the column headings, a filter can be applied. Via the gear icon next to the ‘Filters’ button, the lay-out of the table can be adapted: columns can be added/hidden and the order can be altered.
Another feature available on the Details page is the option to edit results in bulk. For a selection of results, it is possible to make the same adaption simultaneously (simplifying the workload on the user’s side). For example, a filter is applied to select all targets that have an error notification ‘uncertain result’. Following a review of the individual curves, all notifications can be confirmed using bulk edit. For audit trail purposes a comment is mandatory when changing results.
