Reference curves
It is possible to mark a curve as a reference curve, which users can plot in another analysis ensuring the necessary context is available to correctly interpret certain curves.
To mark one or more reference curves, the desired targets/curves need to be selected. This can be done either via the result overview (on sample or individual target level) or using the heat map and/graph selection tools. When the desired curves are selected, click on the save icon in the graph settings and select the curves that need to be saved as a reference curve. The reference name can be adapted by the user. To confirm, press the ‘Mark as reference’ button. Only when the analysis is authorised will the reference curves be fully saved and accessible in other analyses.
Curves that are marked as a reference curve can be recognised by the save icon next to the target in the target overview. This can also be easily filtered (via Target – Marked as reference)
Once the file is authorized, the saved reference curves are also found in Lab configuration – Assays – PCR tab. Here, reference curves can also be inactivated if needed.
