When your assay requires a Color Compensation file (CC file), this file will be automatically uploaded from the device into FastFinder.

Below you can find some instructions on how to select your Color Compensation file on your LightCycler device.

The color compensation file selected in Experiment - data - Color Comp (on) - in use, will be used in the FastFinder analysis.

By default, the used CC file is selected in FastFinder. All available CC files are visible in the Analysis - PCR setup tab:

Analyze your CC file via Analysis - Color Compensation selecting the correct subset:

Click on Calculate - save the file - save the CC Object
